The AI+ widget enables you to select and gather data from multiple widgets within a workspace, allowing you to generate AI-powered insights. You can save the prompted results and make them visible to all users.
Unlike standard Howspace AI, which is tied to a single Super Chat widget, AI+ can aggregate data from multiple sources, including Super Chats, text in text boxes or PDFs, and other widgets like Poll and Pulse. This flexibility allows for deeper, more comprehensive analysis across different content types.
Key Features of AI+
Connect AI+ to the following widget types: Super Chat, PDFs, Polls, Pulse, Textboxes, Videos, Audios, and other AI+ widgets.
Supports a context limit of approximately 40,000 words (about 80 pages)
Admins only: AI+ is available exclusively to admins, not page admins or participants. To share insights with participants, you must save the generated results after analysis.
Manual refresh to stay in control: When new comments or other input are added, click ‘Refresh’ to include them in the latest results.
How to get started with the AI+ widget
Get started by adding your AI+ widget from the widget menu. And click on "Add widgets to analyze", this will open the edit view of the AI+ widget.

In the edit mode, you can add a title and additional information, much like in the Textbox widget. Read more about the text editor here.
Setting the context
The AI+ widget allows you to select multiple widgets across your workspace for a customized AI analysis. To begin, click "Add a widget", which will open the widget selection panel. Here, you can search for widgets by name, filter by type, or browse by page. Simply check the box next to a widget to select it—it will then be added to your list of selected widgets as the analysis context.
You can follow the AI context capacity when you are selecting widgets under the widget selector.
The list of selected widgets appears at the top of the widget selector. You can remove selected sources or open them in a new tab to verify their accuracy.
Prompting the selected context
Once you've selected the widgets for your AI+ analysis, you can begin prompting the context. Depending on your desired outcome, you can ask the AI to summarize multiple widgets, suggest actionable next steps, or compare sources to identify opportunities and threats. The possibilities are endless—feel free to experiment with different prompts.
Simply enter your prompt in the input field, click "Generate Analysis," and review the results. You can refine the prompt, adjust the context, and regenerate the analysis as needed. Once you're satisfied with the results, click "Save" to make them visible.
Whenever you want to update the results to reflect the latest input from the selected sources, simply click "Refresh." The analysis will be regenerated based on the most recent data.
Create a New Widget from AI+ Analysis
After saving your AI analysis, you can leverage the insights to drive engagement. Use the results to create Poll, Pulse, Priority, or Allocate widgets, making it easy to turn analysis into action.
Clicking "Create" for any widget opens a generated widget preview modal, where you can fine-tune the settings or add additional instructions before making it live. Once you're satisfied with the content, click "Save," and the widget will appear above the AI+ widget.
