Howspace has multiple different widgets to serve different needs and use cases. In this article, you can find an overview of all the widgets, and in the widget-specific articles, you can dive deeper into the settings and use cases of each widget.

Our AI Insight widget lets you pull the analysis to your page and enjoy the insights in real-time. You can also add AI Insight widgets to the different pages of your workspace and even filter them based on user lists, profile fields, and much more.

The Allocate Widget enables teams to collaboratively allocate resources and make informed decisions based on group input. It supports flexible voting, allowing participants to cast multiple votes per option, whether it’s for prioritizing strategic initiatives or electing leadership.

The Assignment widget is for non-transparent communication between participants and admins.

The Audio widget allows the user to record audio or share pre-recorded files with others in the workspace. The widget works as an alternative to the Video widget if the user only wants to share audio.

Use the Booking widget to choose something with limited units, like places at a seminar or workshop, or one-on-one coaching sessions.

The checkpoint widget is for your participants to check out...

  • whether they have learned or understood something,

  • what to do or

  • where to go next.

The embed widget can be used to bring external material and 3rd party content into your workspace.

The Exam widget is a tool that allows admin users to create a customized exam for the participants. The exam can be graded with points, and a specific score can be chosen for passing the exam. It is fully customizable for your needs and is easy to use.

The Fileshare widget allows you to share any files and the participant to download them.

The image widget enables you to showcase and display images and gifs in your workspace.

The Journey widget can transform the way you build and visualize your workspaces. With the Journey widget, you can easily create a comprehensive overview of your entire process within the workspace.

The leaderboard widget is a gamification feature that supports the goals and purpose of the workspace where it has been used. Admin can decide what activity is essential in the workspace, and by that, the Leaderboard widget supports the success of the group and individuals.

The lesson widget allows admin users to embed interactive third-party xAPI packages directly into their Howspace workspace. Any xAPI-compatible zip file can be uploaded to the widget, which will display the interactive content.

The Live widget is a browser-based video communications tool that allows users to talk to each other in real-time using their camera and microphone within the workspace.

With the PDF widget, you can share content in PDF format, such as text documents and presentations.

The People widget allows you to showcase who is in the workspace or display course teachers or any other group of users in the workspace.

The Poll widget is for asking multiple-choice questions, and the answers are shown in either a pie chart or a bar chart.

The Priority Widget allows users to collaboratively prioritize options set by the admin, resulting in a clear, collective priority order. This feature enables teams to align on what matters most by ranking items such as projects, initiatives, or tasks.

The Pulse widget allows you to create questions that have to be answered by sliding a scale, like rating something from 1-10. The widget supports long-term tracking of answers, as you can create several rounds of the same question and see how users' answers change and evolve.

The Super Chat widget is a tool that can be used for real-time interaction with participants. The widget contains many features that can be used for facilitating conversation and summarizing/analyzing the conversation afterward.

The Sticky Note chat widget is used for discussions and allows for colorful and interactive facilitation. The admin sets the question or topic for participants to answer and comment on using text, video, audio, and/or images.

Text widget can be used to share instructions or information with participants. The editor allows you to format text and add links and photos.

The timer widget allows you to set or schedule time limits for your participants in the workspace

With the Video widget, you can, for example, share information, ask questions, or introduce topics for your participants.

Workspaces widget makes it easy to link to other workspaces in Howspace. Filters and algorithms help with listing relevant workspaces.
