With Activity Collection, you can monitor selected activities within the workspace. This enables you to oversee participants' progress. Additionally, you can automate your learning process by enabling Activity Collection and automatically certifying users upon approval.

Analytics are available to workspace admins in the workspace manager. This provides admins with an overview of the activity within the workspace, including visits, contributions, and overall engagement.

Annotation enables contextual commenting on images and PDFs. Users can comment on specific parts of a file and leave comments in the super chat. The commented section is displayed as an image within the comment and links back to the original source when clicked.

You can create a unique certificate for each workspace. Users can be certified manually, through exams, or via activity collection.

Evaluation enables you to establish custom evaluation criteria for a workspace, including free text, multiple choice, or numerical options. Only workspace admins can conduct evaluations. Additionally, you can link evaluation criteria to activity collection.

Facilitated path mode allows Admins to choose which container to display to participants. This feature offers precise control over content flow and targeted focus.

Pinning can be enabled for Image and PDF widgets, allowing users to add pins or emojis to their chosen locations within the files. Pins can also be filtered based on profile fields. This feature is excellent for check-ins and collecting reactions.

When Self-directed path mode is on the page is shown to participants one container at a time for better focus. Participants can navigate forward and backward. Also allows admins to track progress.

The search feature enables all workspace users, both admins and participants, to conduct free word searches within the workspace. It locates matches in widget titles, descriptions, comments, and replies, taking all permissions into account.

The Shoutbox feature enables admins to send messages to all active workspace users. Messages appear as modals within the workspace. Admins can also include a link to a live widget meeting they are currently hosting in the message.

Super Chat Prompting enables you to explore and analyse discussions through custom prompts. The output from these prompts can be used to create Poll and Pulse widgets, copied to the clipboard, or shared as an AI-assisted comment within the Super Chat.

The Teams feature allows participants to communicate in a chat collectively, without singling out any individual. This is a useful tool for facilitators conducting sessions with multiple groups, as it enables them to gather the perspectives of entire groups rather than individual members.

Howspace Translations facilitate multilingual use of workspaces. Participants can select their preferred language from a list of available options and engage in their own language. This feature allows content to be read in the user's chosen language, affecting all content created by participants and admins.

Transcriptions automatically generate transcripts of all audio and video files uploaded to video, audio, or super chat widgets. These automatic transcriptions can be edited and re-transcribed if the automatic language detection fails. In super chat, transcriptions are included as part of AI analysis.

Userlists enable admins to set page visibility limitations, send targeted emails, grant participation rights in specific widgets, and much more. Additionally, userlists can be dynamic, adjusting based on profile field data.

When enabled, the Virus Scanner reviews every file uploaded to the workspace and prevents the upload of any malicious files.
