The Audio widget allows sharing audio to the workspace. There are options to record audio or share pre-recorded files with others in the workspace.
Editing the widget
You can edit the Audio widget by clicking "Edit" from the widget menu.
Title and text content
In the edit mode, you can add a title and additional information, much like in the Textbox widget. Read more about the text editor here.
Audio
There are options for pre-recorded files and recording a file in the widget. If an audio file already exists, you can also delete it.
Who can edit
You can also allow participants to edit the widget by adding their email addresses in the "Who can edit" section.

Listening statistics and users who have or have not listened to the audio
Clicking "Show listening statistics" from the widget menu lets admin users view a graph about the statistics from the widget.
Admins can also view who has listened to the audio and who has not. For example, emails can be sent according to these groups to remind them to come back to finish listening.
