Host a webinar inside your Howspace workspace with up to 400 viewers.

The Webinar widget allows you to host webinar sessions directly within Howspace, making it easy to engage participants through different Howspace widgets. You can host the webinar for up to 400 viewers.

Getting Started

Add the Webinar Widget

  • Access the Edit page -view.

  • Click Add Widget in your workspace.

  • Select Webinar from the list.

Customize the widget based on your needs

In the edit mode, you can add a title and Poster Image for your webinar. The poster image will be visible for participants.

Start the Webinar

As an admin (host), you can join and start the webinar at any time. Admins are hosts by default, allowing them to start, manage, and end the session. Once the webinar is live, participants can join by clicking "Join webinar."

Once the webinar has been started by the hosts, the participants can see a button "Join webinar". By clicking that they are able to join the webinar as viewers.

Ending the webinar

Admins can end the webinar when the session is complete. The "End webinar" button on the bottom right corner is visible for all admins who have joined the webinar.
