The Howspace AI Builder is meant to help you get started quick by saving hours of setup. The AI Builder:
Helps you get started β no more staring at a blank page
Has a simple flow: It asks about your program, audience,
goals, and timing
Gives your workspace an easy-to-understand frame: It creates a clear structure with folders and pages
Gives content guidance: It gives each page a purpose and
ideas for what to include
Removes the time spent staring at a blank screen: It builds the full structure for you to fill in and customize
Using the AI Builder
You can build a workspace using the AI Builder through My Howspace. There are some suggested options, but you can also describe your specific use case.
For the sake of this example, let's select "Sales Enablement". The Builder then opens in a chat-like view and will ask you more details about the program:
Let's say that in this situation you are preparing for a new product launch and want to build a workspace to support it:
The Builder then asks about the number of participants. Let's say that your global sales team has between 50-100 people:
Next, the Builder wants to know the planned length of the program. Let's say that the program is planned to be a six-week sprint, after which acquired knowledge would be moved to a general sales enablement workspace.
Next, the Builder will ask more specifically about the content you want the workspace to have. You could give your own list, but let's say that in this case you're happy with what the Builder suggested.
The Builder then gives you a blueprint for the structure of the workspace:
While seeing the blueprint, you can continue to refine the content and page structure with the Builder. When you're happy with it, click "continue and create this workspace". This will open the workspace creation modal:
In the modal that opens:
If you have workspace creation permissions on multiple Howspace accounts, select the one under which you want to open this workspace.
Select workspace name
Define workspace URL.
When you're done, click "create" and you can go right into editing content.
