Steps to Export the User List
Access the Workspace Manager
Open the Admin Menu.
Click on Workspace Manager.
Navigate to the Users View
Open the "Users" view in the Workspace Manager.
Select All Users
Check the checkbox at the top of the table to select all users or select the users based on your needs.
You can also use the filtering options before selecting the users.
Export the User List
Click Export at the bottom of the table.
Select Export Users.
Download the File
Once the export is complete, click the notification link to download the Excel file.
The file will now be saved to your device

What’s Included in the Export?
The exported Excel file includes the following details (if available):
Basic user Information: Email addresses, first names, and last names.
Certification date if available.
Custom Profile Fields: Any additional profile information.
Mobile Phone Numbers.
User ID.
Possible External ID.
