Howspace's pricing model is user-based and this is why it is important to understand how the user count is calculated.

Each unique email address that has been added to a customer's workspace during the month is counted as one user. If users are deleted before the next month, they will no longer be counted as part of the next month's user count unless they are added back at some point. As long as the user is deleted from every workspace under the customer account, they are not included as part of the user count going forward.

One user (unique email address) is only billed once, even if that user is added to multiple workspaces!

You can delete users by archiving the workspace or deleting a user from each workspace they are participating in.
