If I start now, how will I get onboarded?
With the Free Plan, you will be able to access your first Howspace Workspace, along with its automated onboarding to help you get started straight away. With a purchase of the Basic or Team plan, you will be invited to the Howspace Community, where you can sign up for a group onboarding session. With the Business plan, your CSM will guide you through a personal onboarding designed to your needs.
How do you count users?
The number of users is defined as the total number of unique email addresses added to active workspaces during the billing period. Each unique email address is billed once, even if they are part of multiple workspaces. Administrators and participants are billed the same.
What happens when we have 0 users in one month but 100 users in the next?
It depends on your subscription type. With the Basic plan, you would be billed the minimum amount for 1 user in the first month and 100 times the unit price the next. With the Team plan and above, you would be billed based on the minimum user count in your subscription during the first month, and extra for users overlapping the minimum user count based on the unit price during the second month.
Can I change my plan from one to another?
You can upgrade your plan by contacting billing@howspace.com. You can downgrade at the end of each billing cycle, taking into consideration a notice period of 90 days.
What is my billing period?
The billing period for online subscriptions is one month. The billing period starts on the day of purchase. In a package contract, the billing period is specified in your contract. You can always access your billing information through the Howspace Main User dashboard, which is available to all account main users.
What is the difference between an active and an archived workspace in terms of pricing?
Our billing is based on the number of unique users in active workspaces. Users in archived workspaces are not billed. Archiving a workspace prevents users from accessing the workspace, but retains the processes, content, and workflows you have previously created for later use.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel a subscription by contacting billing@howspace.com. You can terminate at the end of each billing cycle, taking the notice period into consideration. The notice period depends on your plan. For the Basic plan, the notice period is 30 days. For Team plans and above, the notice period is 90 days.
