A websocket connection is normally opened between your device and Howspace in order to update the page content in real time.
Websocket connection issues can be caused by many factors such as:
temporary network issues (your own internet connection goes down for some time)
Howspace websocket server issues (check the status page to see if Howspace is running normally)
persistent network issues (such as a firewall not allowing websocket connection to Howspace for some reason)
