Sometimes there might be issues with the WebSocket connection in Howspace. We have found some common problems that might cause this, and here is a list of steps users can take to try to resolve the issue:
Try a different browser
Update and restart the browser
Empty browser cache and cookies
Restart computer
Try a different network (office network, home network, mobile connection)
If at home -> try to restart wifi router
If the issue is with a company network, make sure that the domain "in.howspace.com" is whitelisted in the system
