Connect evaluation criteria directly with the Assignment widget to evaluate responses within the context. Additionally, these evaluation criteria can be integrated with the Activity Collection to maximize the benefits of automatic approval and certification.
Follow these steps to set the connection:
Navigate to workspace manager > Evaluation
Click on "Edit evaluation criteria."
Either create or check the evaluation criteria, which can be based on numbers, multiple choice, or text (learn more here).
Navigate back to the workspace page with assignment widget
Open your assignment widgets edit-view from the "..." widget menu
Open "Evaluation criteria" section
Check the right evaluation criteria(s)
Once you have connected the right evaluation criteria with the assignment you can find option to evaluate answers from the "..."-menu of each answer.
Clicking on "Evaluate" opens a modal with the evaluation criteria. Add your numeric, multiple-choice, or free text evaluation and click "Save."
After you have saved the evaluation, there will be an "Evaluated" badge next to the answer.
