Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does it work on all internet browser?

    • Most modern internet browsers are supported, however Internet Explorer is not.

  • Does the widget allow a limited amount of participants?

    • Yes, you can have a total of 200 participants participating in the call, out of which 24 participants can participate with video. The restriction on amount of participants per live call is unfortunately restricted by the technology behind browser based live video calls.

  • Can I have more than one Live widget per page?

    • Yes! There is no limitation on how many Live widgets you have active at once, on a page. Feel free to activate break out sessions, spontaneous discussion for a cohort who wants to discuss a certain topic.

  • How do I record a session?

    • Simple, every administrator of a workspace can activate the recording possibility. This is done in the editing section of the widget.

  • Who can access my recordings?

    • No one but you! Recordings are only stored locally in your browser cache, and never leaves your device. Only the person that originally created the recording will be able to download it! Every 30 days the recording memory in Whereby will be emptied. Download your recording to ensure you have access to it, if by chance your cache is cleaned up, or you pass the 30 days.
