Changing your existing workspace to the New Howspace is easy. If your workspace is still using the old version of Howspace, you'll see this button on the top right corner of your workspace:
On mobile devices you'll find this button as the top item inside the action menu:
These are the steps to change the workspace to the new Howspace:
Click the "Switch to New Howspace" button
Read through the confirmation modal
Click "Switch to New Howspace"
You are now using the New Howspace 🚀
Changing back to the Old Howspace
You can still use the old version of Howspace until October 2024. If you need to change your workspace back to the old Howspace, just follow these steps:
Click on Admin menu
Click Workspace Manager
Navigate to Workspace Settings
Open "Switch to old UI" card
Click "Switch to old UI"
You are now using the Old version of Howspace
