Create a workspace from a template

Start your Howspace workspace from an existing template.

You can start a new workspace from templates to get a kickstart to your process creation. When you start a workspace from a template you are still able to fully customize and edit the workspace content to your needs.

You can create a workspaces from templates in three places:


From My workspaces -view

You can easily create a workspace from template in My workspaces view.

  1. Navigate to My workspaces

  2. Click "+ New"

  3. Click "Create a workspace from template"

  4. Select the template that you wish to use

  5. Click "Create a workspace from template"

  6. Name your new workspace

  7. Click "Create"

You will be taken to the landing page of your new Workspace.


From Templates > Workspace Templates

In Workspace templates view you can browse all workspace templates: wheater they are your own, your organizations or part of the public template gallery.

  1. Navigate to Workspace Manager and continue to Workspace Templates

  2. Select the template that you wish to use

  3. Click "Create a workspace from template"

  4. Name your new workspace

  5. Click "Create"

  6. Wait for workspace to be created and you will be taken to the landing page of your new workspace!


From the Templates in Howspace Ecosystem

In Howspace Ecosystem has all the public Workspace templates created by Howspace and our community members. All the public workspace templates are reviewed by Howspace.

  1. Browse, search and find a workspace template that fits your needs

  2. Click "Read more"

  3. Click "Try this template"

  4. If you don't have an active Howspace plan you can Start for Free

  5. If you have a Howspace plan click "Create a workspace using this template" under Already using Howspace?

  6. Choose your Howspace account

  7. Name your new workspace

  8. Click "Create a new workspace"

  9. Wait for 3 seconds and you will be taken to the landing page of your new workspace!
