Users can be removed automatically at a specified date using the schedule user deletion feature. This allows admins to define and limit the user experience and helps lessen admin work.
There are two ways to schedule user deletion: schedule the deletion of individual users, or schedule the deletion of a userlist.
How to schedule the deletion of an individual user
Access Workspace Manager
Open the Admin Menu.
Click on Workspace Manager.
Navigate to the Users tab
Open the "Users" view in the Workspace Manager.
Schedule deletion of any user
Click Schedule user deletion behind the "..." menu of any user.
Set the date and time when you want the user to be deleted.
Once deletion has been scheduled, a clock icon will be shown next to the role of the user. Hovering the cursor above it will show the date & time the user is scheduled to be deleted.
Note: to cancel scheduled deletion, open the "Schedule user deletion" modal again, remove the date picked, and save.
How to schedule the deletion of a userlist
Access Workspace Manager
Open the Admin Menu.
Click on Workspace Manager.
Navigate to the Userlists tab
Open the "Userlists" view in the Workspace Manager.
Schedule deletion of any userlist
Click Schedule deletion of users behind the "..." menu of any userlist.
Set the date and time when you want the userlist & its users to be deleted from the workspace.
Once deletion has been scheduled, a clock icon will be shown next to the "..." menu. Hovering the cursor above it will show the date & time the user is scheduled to be deleted.
Note: This action will delete both the userlist and users who are on the list. Deleting a userlist right away deletes only the list, but users remain in the workspace. To cancel scheduled deletion, open the "Schedule deletion of users" modal again, remove the date picked, and save.
