Workspace analytics provide easily digestible information about how participants interact in the workspace. The analytics page can be found in Workspace Manager behind the admin menu.
Filtering
At the top of the page, you can select the time period for which you want to view data. To the right, you can find the filter menu, where you can filter the view to all users, selected userlists, based on a profile field, role, specific users, and there is also an option to include users who have already been deleted from the workspace.
Note: analytics data is available for one year +30 days, so make sure you analyse, and if you so wish, export it in time.
Available data
The analytics page includes four standard charts. Below, you can find an explanation for each of them.
Overview
The overview table has six different figures:
Active users: this shows the percentage and number of users out of all users who visited the workspace in the selected time period. From the "..." menu next to the title, you can see a list of users who have visited the workspace, and another for ones who haven't visited.
Contributions: this shows the percentage and number of users who have contributed in the workspace. Contributions include:
Super chat comments, replies and likes,
Pins in PDF & Image widgets,
Canvas widget,
Joining Live or Webinar sessions,
Answers to Assignment, Poll, Pulse, Prioritize, Allocate, Exam, and Form widgets.
Visits: this shows the total number of visits in the time period selected. A user logging in to the workspace and later closing the browser counts as one visit. Note: this is an estimate, not an absolutely accurate number.

Exporting data
Each chart on the analytics page can be exported as a PDF file from the "..." menu at the top right corner of the chart in question. In addition, it is possible to export raw data used to create these charts on the export tab of Workspace Manager. Read more in this article.
