Configuring MS Teams and Howspace

The following permissions and prerequisites must be in order before proceeding with the Howspace x MS Teams integration:

  • Microsoft Teams must be enabled for the customer account. If unsure about your account status, please contact your Customer Success Manager or [email protected]

  • You must have Howspace main user permissions and access to the main user dashboard

  • You must have Entra ID Admin rights

  • The Howspace Teams application must be whitelisted in your Microsoft environment so that it can be found from your Teams app store

  • SSO login must be enabled and configured for Howspace. You can find the instructions for it here

Once all necessary configurations are in place, read the user guide to get started.
