Any page can be scheduled to appear between certain dates and times. Once scheduled, the page will only be visible to participants between the starting and ending dates.
Administrators will be able to view the page from the Workspace Manager> Pages at any given time by opening the menu and clicking "Go to page." The page can also be accessed using the URL address of the specific page.
The scheduling can be removed by deselecting the "Schedule when page is visible in the menu" from the Page settings > Scheduling.
Page settings
Scheduling can be done in the page settings under the "Scheduling" section. Just select the "Schedule when page is visible in the menu" and set the dates and times you want the page to be visible in the menu. You can edit these dates and times always from the Workspace Manager > Pages.
