Add a page from a template

Adding a page to your workspace from a page template.

You can easily add a page from a page template to your existing workspace through three paths:

  • From Admin menu

  • From Edit menu / Pages -view

  • From Templates > Page templates


Adding a page from a template through Admin menu

  1. Navigate to Admin menu

  2. Click "New page"

  3. Select "Template" under page content

  4. Review and edit the page name

  5. Review the following page settings:

    1. Path mode

    2. Scheduling

    3. Permissions

  6. Click "Create"

You will be taken to your new page.


Adding a page from template in Edit menu / Pages -view

  1. Navigate to Admin menu

  2. Click "Edit menu"

  3. Click on "New Page" on the top right corner

  4. Select "Template" under page content

  5. Review and edit the page name

  6. Review the following page settings:

    1. Path mode

    2. Scheduling

    3. Permissions

  7. Click "Create"

You will be taken to your new page.


Adding a page from template in Page Templates -view

When adding a page from template in Page Templates -view, the page is always added to the current workspace that you are in. You can check the current workspace either from the URL or on the left top corner where it says "Back to "Workspace name"".

  1. Navigate to Workspace Manager from Admin menu

    1. Or if you a participant in a workspace navigate to "My workspaces" from User menu

  2. Click on "Page templates" under Templates

  3. Find the template by browsing or searching by keywords

  4. Click on "Create a page from template"

  5. Review and edit the page name

  6. Review the following page settings:

    1. Path mode

    2. Scheduling

    3. Permissions

  7. Click "Create"

You will be taken to your new page.
