Create a workspace template

Save a workspace that you have created as a template to re-use it easily.

When you have created a workspace that you want to use again, you can create a template out of the workspace. This allows you to easily create new workspaces based on the workspace. You can keep the workspace template to yourself or share it with your organization.

Once you are in the workspace that you wish to use as the base of the template, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click on "User menu (Me)"

  2. Click "My workspaces"

  3. Find the workspace that you wish to use in the list

  4. Click "..." on the right

  5. Select "Create a template from workspace"

  6. Name your new workspace template

  7. Select the visibility of the workspace (Only workspace admins or Organization)

  8. Click "Create"

  9. You will be taken to your new Workspace Template
