What is a Landing Page?

A landing page is the default page in a workspace where all users are directed when accessing links from emails—unless a different page is specified before the link is sent.

Every workspace must have a landing page, as some pages may have restricted visibility or access.


How Can Admins Update the Landing Page?

Workspace admins have two methods to change the landing page:

From the Page Itself

  • Navigate to the page you want to set as the new landing page.

  • Open the Page menu by clicking the "..." (three dots) icon.

  • Select Set as Landing Page.

From the Workspace Manager

  • Go to the Pages view in the Workspace Manager:

    • Open the Admin menu > Edit menu.

  • Locate the page you want to set as the landing page.

  • Click the "⋮" (three dots) icon on the right side of the page.

  • Select Set as Landing Page.

In the Pages view, you can also identify the current landing page by looking for the anchor icon next to it.
