Email notifications are not sent out when admin has added new content, such as pages, widgets or edits to them.
In these cases, the idea is that the admin sends out emails (manually or by scheduling them) with invitation links when it is needed.
The admin can also add an explanation about the new content and what is expected of the participants. If an email automatically would be sent out every time the admin adds something new to the workspace, there would be a risk of spamming participants.
