Understanding Page and Folder Organization in the Top Navigation

This article explains how pages and folders are organized in the workspace menu and why some items are placed under the pages menu.

Updated this week

Menu Organization and Device Compatibility

The number of pages and folders visible in the top navigation depends on the width of the device being used.

  • On larger screens (e.g., computers or tablets): More pages and folders are displayed directly in the top navigation.

  • On smaller screens (e.g., mobile devices): All menu items are behind the "Pages menu icon" due to limited screen width.

The Pages Menu

Any pages or folders that don’t fit within the visible top navigation are automatically grouped under the pages menu (three horizontal lines) located on the left side of the Progress, New, Admin menu and User menu. This ensures all menu items remain easily accessible in a tidy, organized manner.
