Updated over a week ago

Each widget contains a text editor with many features that let you customize the widget's appearance.

Changing the font

The font is determined by the widget style that is used. To change the font, you need to change to a different widget style or you need to edit the current widget style. More information about the widget styles in this article.

Text editor features

Basic text editor features include:

  • Bold, Italic, and Strikethrough to highlight certain parts of the text.

  • The "Formats" dropdown menu offers the option to make some elements stand out by using the highlight color of the widget style for the text or the background.

  • You can also add headings and subheadings from the second dropdown menu.

  • You can add bullet lists, numbered lists, and horizontal lines to make long texts more easily readable.

  • Tags can be used to personalize the communications in the workspace. You can insert a tag from the "Tags" dropdown menu in the editor.

  • Links and emojis can be added straight from the text editor.

  • Text can be aligned to the left, center, or right.

If the widget is too narrow for the text editor, some toolbar items will be hidden by default. You can see the rest of the toolbar by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of the editor.
