How to create a new workspace

  1. Open the actions menu and choose 'My workspaces' in a workspace where you are an administrator (Some accounts may have restrictions on the users who have permission to create workspaces).

  2. Click the 'New' dropdown button.

  3. Choose 'Create an empty workspace' and a modal will open.

  4. Give your workspace a name (a URL will be generated based on the workspace name). The domain cannot be changed later.

  5. Choose the language, date and time format, and What's new email sending policy for the workspace.

  6. Check the rest of the settings, if you'd like, but these can be changed from 'Workspace settings' any time after the workspace has been created

  7. Click 'Create' once you are satisfied. Creating a new workspace will take a moment.

  8. Now you have a fresh new workspace!
