You can set a global profile picture through My Profile, allowing you to use the same image across all your current and future workspaces linked to your email address. The global profile picture applies to all workspaces linked to your email, not just under one customer account.
How it works
When you update your profile picture in My Profile, it will automatically sync across all your Howspace workspaces.
This ensures a consistent profile image wherever you collaborate.
If needed, you can still change your profile picture individually within a specific workspace. However if you later on update your global profile picture again, the change will override all workspaces again.
This feature helps streamline your experience by keeping your profile consistent across workspaces, while also offering flexibility when personalization is required.
How to set up the global profile picture
Navigate to any Howspace workspace
Open "Me -menu"
Click "My profile"
Upload a profile picture you would like to use in all of your workspaces
Click "Use in all workspaces"
Click "Confirm" on the confirmation modal.
Now you are all set with your global profile picture!
