Sometimes users may see a banner in the top of their workspace with the words "Ajax Error 500" followed by more detailed information. This is a generic error code that can be caused by a range of factors. Sometimes the errors are temporary, so it is worth waiting a few minutes and trying the action again.
If the error persists, the best course of action is to take a screenshot of the error message and contact our support either via chat when you're logged in to a workspace as an admin or by email to [email protected].
