Parallel version of a Super Chat replicates its content but can have customized settings.
This functionality provides admins with the ability to adapt Super Chat widgets to different phases or sections of a workspace without duplicating or losing original content.
How to Create and Manage a Parallel Version
Parallel version is created from an existing super chat widget:
Select the original widget.
Open the widget menu from "..."
Choose the "Create Parallel version" option.
The parallel version will become visible under the original widget
Deleting a Parallel Widget:
When a Parallel Widget is deleted, the content remains intact in the original widget.
However, if you delete the original Super Chat that has parallels, you'll receive a warning:
Warning! You are about the delete a chat widget which has parallels. All the parallels will be deleted. Are you sure you want to continue and delete this chat?
