Hide and show pages, folders or containers

Pages, folders and containers can be hidden or displayed by admins at any time. This article describes how to do it.

Updated over a week ago

Pages and folders

Open the Action menu > Edit menu > Drag the page/folder down from the top menu to the field with the text "Drag pages or folders here to hide them from menu.".

The page/folder is then hidden from view, but still accessible with a direct link or for administrators in the Action menu > List all pages view.

Hiding pages/folders can be convenient for administrators, as they can work on certain pages without having them visible for participants. Once the page is ready, it can be revealed by dragging it back into the top menu.

Containers

By hiding and showing containers you control what your participants see at a given time. The view is updated in real time, so it's possible to use this feature as a facilitation tool; show and hide content as you please to make the workflow easier to follow and to not make the participants overwhelmed or distracted with too much information available at once.

How to hide container:

Open the Action menu > Edit page layout > click the container's ...-menu > choose Hide > Click Close edit mode

How to show container:

Open the Action menu > Edit page layout > click the container's ...-menu > choose Show > Click Close edit mode
