Configuring Microsoft Teams and Howspace

Make sure you have the following permissions and prerequisites in order before proceeding:

  • Microsoft Teams needs to be enabled for the customer account. If unsure please contact your Customer Success Manager or support@howspace.com

  • You need Howspace main user permissions and access to the main user dashboard

  • Azure AD Admin rights

  • Whitelist Howspace Teams application in your Microsoft environment so that it can be found from your Teams app store.

  • Have SSO enabled and configured for Howspace. Find instructions here

Once all necessary configurations are in place, read the user guide to get started.
