How to make email addresses visible to other participants

This article explains how administrators of a workspace can make available participants' email addresses to other participants.

By default email addresses are private, and can be seen only by the participants themselves and workspace admins in the users' profile. Participants cannot see each other's emails by default.

Admins can choose to display all email addresses so that participants can see each other's email addresses. The address of a user will be displayed in their profile. Admins will always be able to see all email addresses.

How to make email addresses private:

  1. Action menu > User management

  2. Edit profile fields and organization -button

  3. Users' email visibility > Edit

  4. Choose whether the email addresses are Public or Private (Public = visible to all participants and admins, Private = visible to only admins and the user themself)

  5. Save changes
