When your Howspace page starts feeling crowded with multiple widgets and dense content, the Spacer widget can help you create a cleaner, more organized look. This widget lets you add empty spaces or dividers to separate sections, bringing structure and making the page easier to navigate for a smoother user experience.
Once you add the Spacer widget to your page, you can immediately set the height of the empty space by dragging the handle. To add graphic dividers or define the height in pixels manually, access the edit view from the widget menu.
Edit view
In the edit view, you can set the exact spacer height in pixels and choose between a transparent empty space or an SVG graphic divider. You can also allow participants to edit the widget by adding their email addresses in the "Who can edit" section.
When you select the divider as the spacer type, you’ll see a preview of the chosen divider along with a dropdown menu to choose the desired graphic style and a color selection option.
